Prior to starting the company in 2021, Ben worked in Public Accounting across various roles focused on Technology and Management Consulting. A majority of this expertise focused on Microsoft Dynamics 365 Solution Design, Implementation, and Support. Upon exiting Public Accounting, Ben spent time with a FinTech Startup in Austin, TX where he managed client implementations and worked on improving the company’s overall suite of products. Ben has a passion for automation and integration and is always looking for ways to improve the user experience inside D365 BC. In line with his passion, ERPCC offers many productivity tools that make working in BC on a day to day basis much more efficient and streamlined. Grant spent the first year of his career as an implementation consultant working with Microsoft NAV and Oracle NetSuite. He built his understanding of ERP systems through configuring software for Private Equity and Manufacturing clients. After making the move to an early-stage SaaS startup, Grant transitioned his focus over to sales. He spent the next five years growing Homebot from $250,000/year to over $25,000,000/year in revenue as the top producing sales representative. In this role, Grant solidified his reputation as the go-to person for industry partnerships and referral business by adding value to his clients. Grant joined the ERP Connect Consulting team in Q2 of 2023 as the Vice President of Sales to put that relationship building, early-stage sales knowledge and consulting experience to good use.

Carlie started her career in Public Accounting as a D365 Business Central Consultant in 2019, leading clients through end-to-end Business Central implementations. During her time in public accounting as a BC consultant, she became an expert at solutioning Business Central to clients across various industries. Carlie’s expertise expands to solutioning and design, project management, reporting, integration design, and industry best practices. In addition to this, Carlie has implemented various ISV solutions in conjunction with Business Central to provide clients the best solution. In October 2022, Carlie joined ERP Connect Consulting to lead the delivery of successful Business Central implementations to our clients.

Matt started his career with 2 top performing Microsoft Partners as a D365 Business Central Consultant, focusing his efforts on the successful delivery and management of projects in a wide range of industries. During the early years of his career, Matt gained valuable expertise as a consultant, project manager, and solution architect leading engagements from discovery to go-live. Fast-forward to Q1 of 2022, Matt made the leap to ERP Connect Consulting where he continues to manage the delivery of fully optimized ERP solutions while providing insights on best practices throughout the lifecycle of his engagements.

For the last 7 years Jacey has been developing extensions for Dynamics 365 Business Central. During that time she worked for one of the top Business Central Partners helping clients customize Business Central to fit their operational needs. Jacey has dealt with many different functional and technical areas during implementation and support including NAV to BC upgrades, integrations, report layout designs, and extension development to name just a few. She has also customized other ISVs like Insight Works, Continia, and Avalara. Throughout her time as a developer, she has worked to deliver solutions for a wide range of industries, including life sciences, consumer products, professional services, and manufacturing. In 2023, Jacey joined ERP Connect to focus on the continued growth of their flagship product, the Business Central Toolbox.
