Prior to starting the company in 2021, Ben worked in Public Accounting across various roles focused on Technology and Management Consulting. A majority of this expertise focused on Microsoft Dynamics 365 Solution Design, Implementation, and Support. Upon exiting Public Accounting, Ben spent time with a FinTech Startup in Austin, TX where he managed client implementations and worked on improving the company’s overall suite of products. Ben has a passion for automation and integration and is always looking for ways to improve the user experience inside D365 BC. In line with his passion, ERPCC offers many productivity tools that make working in BC on a day to day basis much more efficient and streamlined. Carlie started her career in Public Accounting as a D365 Business Central Consultant in 2019, leading clients through end-to-end Business Central implementations. During her time in public accounting as a BC consultant, she became an expert at solutioning Business Central to clients across various industries. Carlie’s expertise expands to solutioning and design, project management, reporting, integration design, and industry best practices. In addition to this, Carlie has implemented various ISV solutions in conjunction with Business Central to provide clients the best solution. In October 2022, Carlie joined ERP Connect Consulting to lead the delivery of successful Business Central implementations to our clients.

Matt started his career with 2 top performing Microsoft Partners as a D365 Business Central Consultant, focusing his efforts on the successful delivery and management of projects in a wide range of industries. During the early years of his career, Matt gained valuable expertise as a consultant, project manager, and solution architect leading engagements from discovery to go-live. Fast-forward to Q1 of 2022, Matt made the leap to ERP Connect Consulting where he continues to manage the delivery of fully optimized ERP solutions while providing insights on best practices throughout the lifecycle of his engagements.

Preston brings over four years of experience as a Business Central Consultant, having worked previously with a leading Microsoft Dynamics partner across various industries. He specializes in Sales, Purchasing, Manufacturing, and Warehousing, with a strong focus on integrating these functions and other ISV Solutions into Business Central. Preston joined ERP Connect in October 2024 with his main goal being to enhance the user experience within D365 Business Central. Through implementing The Business Central Toolbox, he aims to streamline and automate end users’ daily tasks. He shows a true passion for partnership with our network of over 50 Dynamics 365 Business Central Partners as well as a willingness to roll up his sleeves and help any end user that comes his way.

Gina joined ERP Connect Consulting in June 2024 and brings over 8 years of experience in sales and marketing across diverse industries. Passionate about leveraging technology to enhance customer experiences, she has a proven track record in developing and executing innovative marketing strategies that drive brand awareness and customer engagement. Always on the lookout for new ways to integrate cutting-edge technologies into marketing efforts, Gina's collaborative spirit and customer-first approach make her a valuable asset to the ERP Connect Consulting team.
