Use Cases
- Line Colors - allows you to set the color of the sales order lines to different colors based on profit margin and/or availability of the items
- Enhanced Fact Boxes - directly from the Sales order, you can see on hand inventory by location/bin, Sales History of the item, Customer Sales History of the item, and Purchase History.
- Multiple User Role Views - users can switch between configured views on the Header and the Lines - Accounting, Warehouse, Purchasing, Sales and Default. This includes bring forward commonly used action buttons like Item Tracking Lines.
- Counter Sales - Special Sales Order page that lets you easily process walk in customers, including invoice receipts, bar code scanning, etc
- Easy Dimension Access - option to maintain all active Dimensions directly on the Sales Order page, so you don't have to go to another drill down page to view/edit.
- Auto Create Item Vendors and Item Location (SKU) - system will maintain these tables automatically.
- Margin Approval - option to activate Margin approval functionality - which requires signoff/approval on sales orders for Minimum Margin (including emailing Margin Overview report to approver).
- Special Order Generation - easily generate special orders right from Sales Order page, including being able to easily monitor all special orders for a specific sales order.
